"Payment was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
The whole payment part just stressed me out. I tried paying once, page froze. Tried again, same thing. Then I checked my card and saw pending charges sitting there, but still no clear confirmation from the site. No email, no proper message, nothing that made me feel like the booking actually went through. At that point I was just done with it. I ended up booking somewhere else because it wasn’t worth the headache.

The staff at the lot were unhelpful when I asked basic questions about where to park and when the shuttle was coming, and the replies felt really short, like I was annoying them just by asking.

When I had trouble leaving, it didn’t get any better. Nobody really explained what was going on or seemed interested in helping. I get that it’s a cheaper option, and maybe some people have had better luck, but the attitude made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use it again.

I had a rough time trying to get help over the phone. It took forever to get through to someone, and when I finally did, I still didn’t really get a clear answer to what I was asking.

It kind of felt like they were rushing me, just rushing me off the call instead of actually helping. I ended up more confused than when I started and had to figure it out on my own, which was really not what I expected for something that should’ve been simple

I had a frustrating time trying to find the lot. The directions from cheapestairportparking.com were vague, and once I got near the airport the signs were basically no help. I kept circling around and getting more stressed because my flight was getting closer. What made it worse was that it wasn’t even clear who actually owns or runs the lot, so I didn’t know who to contact or who was supposed to be responsible for the bad directions. I booked through cheapestairportparking, and the lot they sent me to just didn’t feel right. Maybe I’m being too picky, but the fence looked broken in a few spots, and I didn’t really notice anyone keeping an eye on the place. I kept wondering if other people would’ve felt the same way pulling in there.
When I got back, there was trash around the lot, and a car parked nearby looked like it had a damaged window. I guess it could’ve just been bad timing, but it really didn’t make me feel any better about leaving my car there. I wouldn’t use this again because it just didn’t feel secure to me.

"Shuttle took forever and no one explained anything"
I ended up waiting way too long for the shuttle, and the most frustrating part was that no one really communicated what was going on. If there was a delay, fine, but at least let people know instead of leaving everyone standing around guessing
